I have a recent large jaw X-ray (OPG) – how do I provide this to MOSS?
There are two ways a patient can provide MOSS with a copy of their large jaw X-ray (OPG)
- Email it to mobileoralsurgeryservices@gmail.com with their full name, date of birth, and date of the large jaw x-ray (OPG)
- Upload it online when completing the MOSS Patient Registration Form
I don’t have a large jaw X-ray (OPG) within the last 3 months – how do I receive one?
If the patient does not have a recent large jaw X-ray (OPG), then MOSS can provide the patient with a referral to their nearest available medical imaging provider. There is no cost for this large jaw X-ray and it is a walk in, walk out service. For large jaw X-rays (OPGs) that are referred by MOSS, MOSS can directly access a copy of the imaging online. In these situations, it is not necessary for the patient to provide a copy of their large jaw X-ray (OPG) to MOSS.
